Itinerary Highlights

DAY 1 Mumbai – Goa

Mumbai will be the starting point for your Goa trip which will take 14 hours of overnight journey in the Volvo bus.

DAY 2 Arrival in Goa – Sightseeing of North Goa (Old Goa)

Upon arriving at Goa, early in the morning, you will be transferred straight away to your allotted hotel where you will be served some refreshing breakfast, before proceeding for a wholesome sightseeing tour of Northern Goa city.

This sightseeing will kick start with a visit to Mapusa city, which is fairly unexplored region of Goa and is known for being the commercial hub of the state. You will be welcomed with teeming market places offering some of the most fragrant and aromatic eatables and spices which is a must buy. Places that you will be made to visit in this part of the city will be the spiritual centres of: St. Jerome Church a 400-year-old holy centre and an 1843 Hanuman temple with Lord Hanuman as the presiding deity.

You will then be taken to the serene Vagator beach, which is a clean and quiet place and is lined with eating spots offering delicious seafood and locally prepared delicacies.

After spending some time soaking in the sun you will be taken to the site from where you will be able to witness the grandness of the unending Arabian Sea. Built in 1612 this fort still stands tall and mighty while attracting throngs of tourist every day.

DAY 3 South Goa Sightseeing

Post breakfast you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of the southern part of Goa, the quieter and calmer region. The entire region is lined with peaceful beaches beautiful churches and quirky marketplaces.

You will be taken to white, sandy and tranquil beaches like Dona Paula, Miramar and Colva, where you can leave the stress behind and just listen to the crashing of the blue waves.

Later you will be taken to some of the most spiritual centres in South Goa like, Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO world heritage site which houses the body of St. Xavier and is considered to be extremely highly revered by Christians.

You will then be taken to Shri Mangeshi temple; one of the most frequently visited temples in Goa. It is also a heritage site where the presiding deity is Lord Mangeshi, an incarnation of Lord Shiva.

DAY 4 Goa Departure

Finally, your day will conclude after a relaxing time in Goa. You will be escorted to the Volvo bus stand from where you will head on to your desired destination.
